Little Free Food Pantry
About the Food Pantry
Essex CHIPS hosts a Little Free Food Pantry in support of communities experiencing food insecurity, The Food Pantry is accessible 24/7 outside of our building, adjacent to the Brownell Library. We are the only food pantry in the area that does not require proof of residency. We distribute over 700 items monthly through our food box. Contact us if you are interested in learning about other resources that can help to combat food insecurity.

Please consider making a donation to our food pantry of non-perishable food items and toiletries. As a non-profit, every can of food counts! You may drop off donations directly to the pantry box anytime or contact us to drop off larger quantities at our office.
Youth already attending in-person services at Essex CHIPS may access the Food Shelf anytime they're present by speaking to a staff member.​
