Welcome to Essex CHIPS and Teen Center! At Essex CHIPS youth work in collaboration with adults. Together, we deliver youth programming, parent education, substance abuse prevention campaigns and direct local healthy
living initiatives. Youth also lead our coalition of teens, adults and organization representatives. We bring
the best ideas and solutions to the challenges that face our communities. Join
us! Whether you are a youth, parent,
teacher, concerned citizen or an organization with a related mission, we hope that you will consider becoming involved at

Volunteer with CHIPS at the
July 4th Fireworks! Join CHIPS Staff and Volunteers between 6 - 9 PM on Friday, July 4th at Maple Street Park. Help us distribute healthy choices information, sell 50/50 Raffle Tickets, sell ice cream, and facilitate games for youth and families at the Essex Junction 4th of July fireworks! Last year was a blast and the weather is set to be great! Get a FREE Essex CHIPS T-shirt for helping out! To sign up call Ray at 878-6982. Volunteer with CHIPS at the Essex
Junction Block Party on July 19th! Everyone in Essex Town and Junction gets together for the party of the summer at Block Party! Help us run the CHIPS booth smack in the center of the party. Talk up CHIPS, flip burgers, make root beer floats and greet friends! We are delighted to announce that Ian, our former youth assistant, will be back for his fourth year as grillmeister extraordinaire.
